Tell us where the car is and when suits you. A driver collects it free of charge, the workshop runs the diagnosis, and you get a fixed quote on WhatsApp before a single bolt is turned. Nothing happens without your yes. If the car will not start or is not safe to drive, we recover it instead, and the rest is identical.

Is there anything you cannot repair?
Between the mobile units and the workshop behind them we cover the full range: routine servicing, major mechanical work, electrics, bodywork and paint. The real question is never whether a job can be done, it is where. That part is our problem to solve, not yours.
Do I have to be there when you collect the car?
Only for the key, and someone else can hand that over for you. Building concierge, security desk, a family member, a valet office. Tell us the arrangement on WhatsApp and we work with it.
What does collection and delivery cost?
Nothing. Collection and delivery are free anywhere in Dubai, and they are not quietly folded into the repair price either. The fixed quote you approve on WhatsApp is for the work itself, and nothing appears at the end that was not agreed at the start.
My car will not start. Can you still take it?
Yes. If it will not start or is not safe to drive, we arrange recovery rather than driving it out. Tell us what the car is doing and where it is parked, including the basement level if it is underground.
How do I know what is happening while you have my car?
On the same WhatsApp thread you booked from. Photos of what we find, a fixed quote before work starts, an update if anything changes, and a message when the car is washed and on its way back to you.
How long will you have the car?
It depends entirely on the job and on parts availability, and we give you a realistic estimate with the quote rather than an optimistic one. If it slips, you hear it from us first.
