What to put in your message

You can just say hi and we will take it from there. But if you want the fastest possible quote, include these four things:

  • Car model and year. A photo of the registration card also works.
  • What is wrong. In your own words. Noises, lights, leaks, or just "it will not start".
  • A location pin. Plus the parking level if the car is in a garage.
  • Photos or a voice note. Optional, but they often replace a diagnostic visit entirely.

When to message

Anytime. The inbox never closes, and we reply as soon as a mechanic has a spanner-free hand. No-start and safety situations get priority on the schedule.

Then do not spend a second worrying about it. Describe the job and we will tell you whether we come to the car or come and collect it. Collection and delivery are free anywhere in Dubai, so big repairs, bodywork and full detailing all end the same way: the car leaves from your door and comes back to it, washed.
